Guardian’s heart to serve stretches throughout our entire organization. Everyone, from leadership to our newest team member, jumps at the opportunity to volunteer in our community. Because service is so important to who Guardian is, we take each of our New Employee Orientation groups to the Montgomery Area Council on Aging. In their first week here they get to help prepare and distribute meals to seniors in need.
This puts our new team members directly in the community right away. They forge connections with people they might not have otherwise met and understand Guardian's desire to be impactful. We live out our Shared Values in everything we do. Bringing our newest employees to MACOA and giving them this first-hand experience shows them this in the best way possible.
